Dr. Malaikah is the Chairman of Misr Emirates Takaful Life Insurance Co. ‘’METLICO’’. Dr. Malaikah is the chairman of a group of insurance & reinsurance companies and leasing companies in addition to memberships on the boards of several other companies that are listed on the exchanges of a number of capital markets.
Earning renown for being a known contributor on Islamic economics, having been effective in pioneering the development of instrument to apply Islamic financial concepts which earned him the recognition of his peers who awarded him several prestigious awards internationally.
Dr. Malaikah is also a member of several public service organizations that are supported by the government, among which being the Investment Consultant to the King Abdul Aziz Foundation for the Gifted (Mawheba).
